Lanes Reopen After I-95 Crash On Ramp To MD 24: Officials
A crash on the ramp to MD 24 from Interstate 95 in Harford County Tuesday afternoon snarled traffic before 5 p.m.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 95 north slowed traffic in Harford County Tuesday afternoon near the exit of MD 24. The crash occurred after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, state transportation officials said.
Four vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash.
Three lanes were blocked at 4 p.m. on I-95 north in the area of the ramp to MD 24, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority. As of 4:35 p.m., the two right off ramp lanes were closed and so was the shoulder, and backups were building.

By 4:45 p.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported all the lanes had reopened.
