Deadly Crash In Harford County Reported On I-95
One person was found dead after a crash into the woods off Interstate 95, authorities said.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — One person died in a crash on Interstate 95 south in Harford County Friday, according to authorities. Lane closures were in effect for more than three hours due to the investigation.
Emergency personnel found the deceased individual after a car went into the woods Friday morning, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company. Its crew was at the scene with Abingdon Fire Company on I-95 south between Clayton Road and Winters Run.
The incident was reported before 11:40 a.m., according to state transportation officials.

After the crash, drivers were advised to avoid the area.
Because of police activity, the right lane and right shoulder on I-95 south were closed in the area between the exits for MD 24 and MD 152.

By 3:10 p.m., transportation officials said the incident had cleared, and all lanes had reopened.
