Death Of Jarrettsville Couple Deemed Suspicious: Sheriff
Deputies with the Harford County Sheriff's Office said a husband and wife in their 70s were found dead in separate rooms in Jarrettsville.
JARRETTSVILLE, MD — A husband and wife were found dead in separate rooms at their home in Jarrettsville, officials said Sunday. Detectives are investigating the deaths as suspicious.
Officials said a family member had found the couple deceased at their home in the 3600 block of Duxbury Court and notified the Harford County Sheriff's Office at 9:58 a.m. Saturday.
The 76-year-old woman and 75-year-old man appeared to have each died after being shot, investigators said, noting they would not be identified at the moment.

Both gunshot victims were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where the cause and manner of death will be determined.
"The motive and time of death is still undetermined," the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported. "Detectives believe this to be an isolated incident, with no greater threat to the community."
