Producers for a popular political drama are looking for background performers in the Joppa area with these specific areas of expertise. Real former debutantes who are women 20 to 40 years old are wanted.

Locals only are being cast for these roles as paid background performers, according to the casting agency.

For those who don't know what the Texas Dip is, first of all, don't apply. But for your edification, it's a special debutante move consisting of a dramatic curtsy that involves nearly lowering oneself to the ground. Watch.
