Dogs can go off-leash and mingle with other pooches, while their people supervise. The only requirement is that the dog be licensed. (Those who do not have a dog license can call Harford County's licensing unit at 410-638-3305.)

The park is located on 4 acres near the Abingdon Water Treatment Plant, and county officials say it's easy to find: "Look for the Abingdon Water Treatment Plant and 'follow the paws' to the park."
