Domestic Incident Sparked Churchville Barricade: Sheriff
Route 22 was closed for hours on Tuesday until a man and woman exited the residence, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reports.

CHURCHVILLE, MD — A domestic dispute drew deputies to a residence Tuesday in Churchville, where a couple barricaded themselves inside, prompting an hours-long standoff, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities responded to the unit block of Woodside Drive at 8 a.m. for a report of a domestic incident but said they were unable to reach the two people inside.
Several hours later, the woman came out, and when the man exited 30 minutes later, he was taken to Harford Memorial Hospital for an evaluation, the sheriff's office reported.

No charges have been filed, and nobody was injured, officials said.
During the barricade, Route 22 was closed between Aldino and Glenville roads, and Harford County issued robocalls to alert citizens about the police activity.
