DUI Checkpoint In Harford County Planned In Late July
Law enforcement officers will be on the lookout for drivers who are intoxicated next week in Harford County.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Drivers in Harford County will have an added incentive to stay sober behind the wheel next weekend.
A checkpoint to screen for drivers who are intoxicated is planned for Saturday, July 24, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
The checkpoint will take place at night, officials said. A location was not disclosed.

In a Supreme Court case about the 4th and 14th Amendments, the court ruled that citizens' rights against unlawful search and seizure are not violated if checkpoints are publicized in advance.
