DUI Checkpoint Planned by Bel Air Barrack
Maryland State Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint this weekend.

Maryland State Police from the Bel Air Barrack will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint on Saturday, April 16.
Authorities said they are dedicating the initiative to the memory of Janet Hardy, who was killed in a head-on crash caused by a drunk driver in Harford County on October 26, 2003. She was 13 years old.

Officials did not disclose the location or hours of this weekend's checkpoint other than to say that it would occur on Saturday.
In Maryland, the legal limit for alcohol consumption is .08 percent.
