Election Field at 4, Hanley Declines to Declare

With less than four days until the registration deadline, the Bel Air election field remains at four candidates for three seats.

Residents who have lived in town limits for at least six months prior to the Nov. 8 election have until 7 p.m. Friday to register for the race. There is a $25 fee.
