Empty Kayak Found Floating In Joppa

Do you know whose kayak this is? An officer from the Maryland Natural Resources Police found it Tuesday morning along the Gunpowder River.

JOPPA, MD — Officials with the Maryland Natural Resources Police are looking to reunite a kayak with its owner. The boat was found in the Joppatowne Canal in Harford County, officials reported Tuesday morning.

The Cobra Tandem was located adrift in the canal off the Gunpowder River, according to authorities. It does not have any registration numbers on it.
