
A stress-busting, fun and no-charge wellness class open to the public. Laughter Yoga includes playful "practice laughter" exercises, clapping, stretching and deep breathing (the yoga part). Hearty, sustained laughing, which naturally emerges in this group activity quiets the too-busy mind and nourishes body and spirit. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a mat/blanket for optional reclining for the "free laughter" exercise.
Meets in church Parish Hall, entrance off N. Main Street. Parking in the church gravel lot on Ellendale St, 1 block north. Info/sign-in until 7:25 pm, prompt class start at 7:30.
