
A stress-busting, fun and no-charge wellness class open to the public. Laughter Yoga includes playful "practice laughter" exercises, clapping, stretching and deep breathing (the yoga part). Hearty sustained laughing, which naturally emerges in this group activity-- quiets the too-busy mind and nourishes body and spirit. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a mat or blanket for optional reclining for the guided relaxation and "free laughter" exercise.
Activity led by a holistic nurse - a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher. Info and sign-in until 7:25; prompt class start at 7:30 pm. Bring friends and return regularly for optimal benefits.
