Estate Planning: Developing Your Family Plan

First Speaker Series kicks off at Fallston Activity Center

Featuring Lindsay Harrell, Attorney with Hargrove & Madden.  This seminar will provide insights from an expert in senior adult and family law, and asset planning in order to develop a family plan. 

Estate Planning is the process of anticipating and arranging for the distribution/disposal of an estate, or the net worth of a person at any point in time.  Estate Planning  is extremely important, no matter the size of your estate.  The plan allows one to ensure their property and assets will be handled correctly, while reducing taxes, court costs and attorneys’ fees; it also provides comfort that loved ones will not be burdened with unnecessary barriers and financial confusion.
