Harford Ballet Company Presents a New Full-Length Ballet Rapunzel

Rapunzel is a new, full-length ballet featuring choreography by Artistic Director Barclay Gibbs. Ms. Gibbs has brilliantly adapted the timeless story of Rapunzel for the ballet stage.  This classic fairy tale will be a delight to audience members as they are introduced to Rapunzel’s enchanted world.  The cast of dancers includes woodland animals and dancing paints, as well castle guards, flowers, lanterns and more.  The production features charming sets including a tower, castle and forest. Audience members will be amazed by the stunning technical clarity and dramatic artistry presented by the ballerinas while young children will be wrapped up in the marvelous story of Rapunzel and her friends as they come to life before their eyes! Performances are June 9 at 6pm and June 10 at 1pm at Bel Air High School.  Ticket prices range from $17-$23 with advance purchase and $25 at the door.
