HCC Actors Guild in 4:48 Psychosis

4:48 is the time of day when most people kill themselves.  Considered to be controversial English playwright Sarah Kane's suicide note in dramatic form, this play takes the audience on a journey into the mind of severe clinical depression, self-abuse, isolation, dependency, unlikely love, and psychosis.  Despite the tragic impulse for its creation, Kane's play suggests that there is hope even in the darkest moments of our experience.  (adult themes and language)  Recommended for patrons 17 and older
