MARYLAND TRUMPET DAY

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2011 - DOORS OPEN @ 9:00 a.m.  MARYLAND TRUMPET DAY was created to help foster the relationship between all levels of trumpet players.  THIS EVENT FEATURES FREE CLINICS by Alexander Norris, Peabody Conservatory of Music; Jari Villanueva of Taps 150; Marcus Printup, Lincoln Center Jazz Ensemble; Mark Wood, US Army Blues; and Trent Austin, Austin Custom Brass.

FREE CONCERTS ALL DAY - 12:00 p.m. - US Naval Academy Brass Quintet, 4:30 p.m. - US Army Herald Trumpets, 8:00 p.m. - The Alan Baylock Jazz Orchestra featuring Marcus Printup.
