Items will be offered for sale at bargain prices, with all proceeds benefiting the Welcome One Shelter, Harford County's only overnight emergency shelter at Salem Lutheran Church in Jarrettsville. Mums and pumpkins will be available for a donation of $5 to the shelter. Volunteers at the event will also be graciously accepting donations of paper products for use at the shelter.
