Expect Lane Closures, Traffic Delays During MD 146 Repaving in Harford County

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — On Wednesday, weather permitting, the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will start repairing pavement on a section of MD 146 (Jarrettsville Pike) at the Baltimore/Harford County line. Work should wrap up sometime in the spring of 2023.

Crews will be working on MD 146 between the Little Gunpowder Falls Bridge just south of Park Road and Pocock Road. Starting Wednesday, they will work 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. Single lane closures and flagging operations will be in effect while work is taking place. The lane closures will be suspended Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 for Christmas and New Year’s.

Contractor Allan Myers- MD, Inc. of Fallston will perform the $283,000 highway maintenance project.
