Fallston Man With Porn Showing Babies, Children Sentenced: Prosecutor
A Harford County man was found with pornographic images depicting babies, children and sexual abuse has been sentenced.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A 54-year-old Fallston man has been sentenced for distributing child pornography.
The Maryland State Police discovered that an IP address was sharing suspected child pornography. It belonged to Robert Jackson Wyatt, Jr. and a search warrant for his home was executed Oct. 1, 2021. He was out on his boat, so investigators waited until he returned home.
Wyatt agreed to a search of his cell phone and several child pornography files were found on it. He also belonged to a chat app with chat groups called "incest and little girl" and "mommy and daughter." On Oct. 26, 2022, investigators searched Wyatt's boat and found two thumb drives with multiple images and videos of child pornography, including several known series involving depictions of babies, toddlers and sadomasochistic abuse of children.
