Fatal Shooting Suspect From Edgewood Charged In Harford County Man's Death: Sheriff
An Edgewood man has been charged in the 2021 fatal shooting of another Edgewood man, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
EDGEWOOD, MD — A 46-year-old Edgewood man has been charged in connection to the June 2021 shooting death of 20-year-old Jarmil Christopher Stewart.
At approximately 11:47 p.m. on June 9, 2021, Harford County sheriff's deputies were called to the 6200 block of Edgewood Road for a report of a shooting. They found Stewart with a gunshot wound to his lower body. He was taken to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center and pronounced dead, according to the sheriff's office.
Detectives eventually identified Journay George Tucker, 46, of Edgewood as the suspect and have charged Tucker with murder.
