Festival at Bel Air Hosting Halloween Parade This Weekend

It's the 26th annual Halloween event at the Bel Air shopping center.

Candy, prizes, costumed characters and trick-or-treat bags await in the Festival at Bel Air this weekend.

Festival will host its 26th annual Halloween Costume Parade at the Bel Air shopping center, which reports that it handed out more than 1,300 bags of candy last year.

Children wearing costumes will be guaranteed candy and trick-or-treat bags.

This year’s event will be in the parking lot between Rite Aid and Uptown Cheapskate, according to the Festival at Bel Air.

Music starts at 10 a.m. and Festival encourages people to get there by 10:30 a.m.

“We have some special costumed guests appearing that you don’t want to miss!” the Festival at Bel Air posted on Facebook.

A costume parade, costume contest and trick-or-treating are all on the agenda.

The event is free, sponsored by the Festival at Bel Air. It will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. The Festival at Bel Air is located at Route 24 and Bel Air South Parkway.
