Fire Drill In Bel Air Is Happening Sunday: Officials
Firefighters from six counties will be conducting a water training exercise in Bel Air Sunday, Harford County fire officials say.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — You may see more fire trucks than usual in the Bel Air area Sunday, April 25, according to authorities.
Firefighters from six counties, in Maryland and Pennsylvania, will be doing a water supply drill from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Crews from Harford, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, York (Pa.) and Lancaster (Pa.) are participating.

Water will be shuttled between two sites on Thomas Run Road and Pennington Road, according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
"The purpose of this training is to practice and prepare in utilizing available resources for sustaining a water supply operation," officials said.

The drill will end at the TUNE campus (Towson University Northeast) at 501 Thomas Run Road.
"Please use caution if you plan to travel this area or normally travel this area as there will be fire equipment throughout," Harford fire officials advised. "Fire police will be staged along the route to assist with traffic as needed."
