Fire Near Rumsey Island Reported In Joppa
Firefighters said the blaze broke out near the Gunpowder River.
JOPPA, MD — A gas can was ablaze in the channel Monday night near Rumsey Island, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
At 8:30 p.m., the fire company reported the incident occurred in the area of Bridge Drive at Shore Drive.
