Fire Pit Sparks Blaze That Burns Nearby Pool Shed: State Fire Marshal
A fire pit sparked a blaze that burned a nearby pool shed causing an estimated $25,000, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A fire pit sparked a stray fire that burned a 20x20-foot pool shed at a home at 709 Woodbridge Center Way in Edgewood Thursday shortly after 9:30 p.m.
The burning shed was discovered by the property owner. The fire caused an estimated $25,000 damage, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Twenty firefighters from the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reigned in the fire within 10 minutes.
