Flash Flood Warning Issued For North Harford County

The National Weather Service says 3 inches of rain have already fallen in the warning area.

A flash flood warning is in effect for northwestern Harford County until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 2.

A flash flood warning means that flooding is occurring or is about to occur. The warning applies to northwestern Harford County, where weather officials say Pylesville is expected to flood.

At 3:28 p.m., radar showed thunderstorms with heavy rain in areas where 3 inches of rain had already fallen, according to the National Weather Service.
