Forest Hill Man Killed In Street Sweeping Crash: Police
Police said a street sweeping truck flipped early Wednesday morning in Baltimore County, killing the driver, who lives in Harford County.

LUTHERVILLE-TIMONIUM, MD — Authorities are investigating a crash involving a street sweeping truck that resulted in the death of a Forest Hill man. The single-vehicle collision happened Wednesday morning in Baltimore County.
Charles David Myers Jr., 50, of the 200 block of Spencer Circle in Forest Hill, was pronounced deceased at the scene, police said.
Police said that Myers was working at the time of the crash, which happened around 3:29 a.m. on Dulaney Valley Road north of Chapelwood Lane.

He had been driving a street sweeping truck for the Jarrettsville-based Artscape Land Maintenance company when he unexpectedly crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a mailbox and guardrail, according to officials.
Police said the truck overturned and came to rest against a BGE pole.

Myers' body will be taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, officials reported.
