Forest Hill Man Wins $24K Playing Keno
A Forest Hill man won $24,000 from the Maryland Lottery.

FOREST HILL, MD — A Forest Hill man who is a retired dam worker won $24,000 recently playing Keno. He bought the ticket at Fisherman's Catch at Forest Hill Lanes.
The 71-year-old man asked a bartender to check the results, while he was dining and drinking a beer.
"This sort of stuff doesn’t happen too often to me," the retiree said. He's been playing the lottery for nearly 20 years and stated: “It was about time for me to win.”

He says he plans to use the money to pay bills and put into savings.
For selling the winning ticket, Fisherman's Catch received a $240 bonus, or 1 percent of the prize.
