Free Parking For Holiday Shoppers In Bel Air
The Town Commissioners made the decision to help give a boost to local businesses this holiday season.
BEL AIR, MD — The Town of Bel Air is offering some free parking to the town's shoppers this year. The decision, made by the Board of Town Commissioners on Nov. 5, is meant to boost local business.
The metered spaces of the Bel Air Parking Garage will be free from Thanksgiving, Nov. 22, to Dec. 31.
"We encourage residents and visitors to take advantage of the parking," the Town said on their Facebook page. They want to "promote the overall economic development of businesses, shops and restaurants" in the area.
