Full Schedule for Maryland BBQ Bash
The celebration of all things barbecue takes over downtown Bel Air this weekend.

Barbecue lovers will blanket downtown Bel Air this weekend for the 14th annual Maryland State BBQ Bash.
Live music and sizzling grills will be accompanied by crafters, children’s entertainers, food vendors, merchants and a beer and wine garden for festival-goers in the Bel Air Downtown Alliance’s signature event.
Teams will compete in the MD State BBQ Bash Tailgate Challenge and Maryland State BBQ Championship for cash prizes and the chance to compete at the world barbecue championship in Tennessee.

The Maryland State BBQ Bash is on Bond at Thomas Streets. Admission is free. Here’s the rundown.
Friday, Aug. 14; 4 to 10 p.m.

4–6 p.m.: Kiddie games and glitter art by Kiddie Crusoe; create a masterpiece with Creative Cow
5 p.m.: Captain K.C. Pirate appearance for kids
5–7 p.m.: Walk-Ins Welcome (live music)
8–10 p.m.: The Cadillac Three (live music)
Saturday, Aug. 15; noon to 10 p.m.
