Garage Fire Causes $20K In Damage To Bel Air Home: Fire Official

A garage fire broke out early Tuesday morning at a Bel Air home causing an estimated $20K in damage, according to the MD fire marshal.

BEL AIR, MD — A fire broke out inside the garage of a two-story home at 633 Iron Gate Court in Bel Air. Twenty firefighters with the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company responded and reigned in the blaze within about 20 minutes.

The homeowner discovered the fire, which broke out shortly before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. The fire caused approximately $20,000 in damage. The fire remains under investigation, according to the Maryland Office of the State Fire Marshal.
