Hair Clipper Assault Injures 1 At Harford Detention Center: HCSO
Two inmates were involved in an assault Thursday afternoon, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported.
BEL AIR, MD — The Harford County Sheriff's Office is investigating an assault involving hair clippers that happened Thursday afternoon at the Harford County Detention Center. One person was hospitalized, officials reported.
At 2:40 p.m., authorities said one inmate was assaulted by another inmate he knew at the detention center in the 1000 block of Rock Spring Road.
The 36-year-old man who was assaulted with the hair clippers was taken to a local trauma center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, officials reported.
