State Of County Address: Glassman To Focus On 3 Key Topics

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Harford County Executive Barry Glassman delivered his annual state-of-the-county address Tuesday in Council Chambers. He talked about education funding formulas, opioid fatality declines as well as public safety and environmental partnerships.
