During primary elections at the polls, there were no reported issues in Harford County.

Elsewhere, there was one issue in Baltimore County. The Essex Co-Op had a power outage, so officials moved voting to another location about 1.2 miles away at Eastern Technical High School.

That was nothing compared with Baltimore City, where a mice and flea infestation required a polling place to be relocated. Plus, three Baltimore polling sites stayed open an hour later than all other polls in the state due to an access issue that resulted in a late start.
