Harford County Public Schools Issue Weather Alert
The school system made change for Wednesday, March 4.
Public schools in Harford County will open two hours late on Wednesday, school officials announced Wednesday morning.
Morning prekindergarten is canceled, according to Harford County Public Schools.
The school system reported the delay was due to icy conditions.
