Ercely Romano-Soriano does not speak much English, according to officials.
A 16-year-old girl reported as a missing person was last seen in Bel Air, according to the Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons.
The Bel Air Police Department shared a photo of Ercely Romano-Soriano Friday morning on Facebook.
The teen was last seen on Friday, July 31, according to the Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons.
