HCC Marketing and Public Relations Department Wins Seven Medallion Awards

The National Council for Marketing & Public Relations, District 1, recently awarded seven Medallion Awards to Harford Community College’s Office of Marketing and Public Relations. Medallion Awards recognize excellence in design work and publications.

Justin Bendis, Manager for Creative Services, received two gold awards. The first was in the Logo Design category for the Annual Summer Swing Golf & Tennis event and the second was in the Poster category for the Todrick Hall Live event. Bendis also received two silver awards – one in the Banners category for the Early Learning Center Banner and the other in the Print Advertisement Single category for the Boost Your Career Flyer. Cynthia Courtney, Marketing Coordinator for Enrollment Services, received a silver award in the Print Advertisement Series category for the Billboard Series and a bronze award in the Annual Report for the 2015 President’s Report to the Community. Finally, Graphic Designer Mary Pardew received a bronze award in the Brochure/Flyer Series category for the Voices of Change Fliers.
