First shift custodians should report on time, while second shift custodians should wait for instructions, officials advised.

Harford County Public Schools officials cited weather conditions in announcing that school would be closed on Friday.

Harford County is under a winter weather advisory from 10 p.m. Thursday to 10 a.m. Friday calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow.
