Helen Katherine McGee, 102, of Abingdon

Helen Katherine McGee, 102, of Abingdon, passed away on May 26, 2015 at her home.

Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Bena Stafonska Lozanski and wife of the late Authur McGee. After her husband retired, she lived in Florida and had also lived in several locations around Baltimore County. A homemaker, she enjoyed baking, especially making Christmas cookies. She loved animals and the Orioles and enjoyed crocheting and making ceramics.

Mrs. McGee is survived by her son, Albert J. McGee and wife, Sachiko, of Abingdon; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her grandson Brian Provost.

Service Information

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, June 1, at McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, in Abingdon.

The memorial service will follow at noon on June 1 at McComas Funeral Home.

Cemetery is Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Road, in Bel Air.
