Hoedown for Hope’s fundraising goal has been set at $20,000. All proceeds from the event will go toward recruiting, training, and providing professional supervision of community advocates to provide more voices for abused and neglected children in the foster care system. Today in Harford County, there are roughly 230 children under the court’s protection, only 40% of whom have a CASA volunteer advocating for their best interests.

Tickets are $45/person, or $400 for a table of 10. Those interested in attending this do-not-miss event are encouraged to purchase tickets by calling the CASA office at 410-638-4938 or visiting www.casaofharfordcounty.org.
