New Pickleball Courts, Playground Upgrades Planned For Homestead Park In Bel Air
Homestead Park in Bel Air will undergo numerous upgrades this year starting in May, including additional parking and new pickleball courts.
BEL AIR, MD — Homestead Park in Bel Air will be undergoing a facelift this year that includes the addition of pickleball courts.
The 5.5-acre park located off East MacPhail Road will see construction start in May and last approximately three months, depending upon the weather. The park will be closed at certain points during the construction process.
The playground will be relocated and upgraded, an off-street parking area with nine stalls will be created and the multi-purpose court will be replaced with pickleball courts.

Officials also plan to modify all facilities in the park, including the playground, so that Homestead Park will be fully accessible for people with disabilities.
