House Fire Drew Crews From Bel Air, Abingdon: Officials
A residential blaze on Sunday required assistance from area first responders, according to the Abingdon Fire Company.

ABINGDON, MD — A house fire broke out in the Abingdon area Sunday evening. According to the Abgindon Fire Company, crews from several companies responded to the incident.
The Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company was among them, with an engine, tower truck and chief, according to Rich Gardiner of the fire company.
The Gladstone Road fire was located near Goat Hill Road, Gardiner said, with crews at the scene around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 7.
