Huskies Place Second in Maryland Cheerleading Finals
Patterson Mill High School cheerleaders were one of two teams from Bel Air to rank second in their division at state competition.
BEL AIR, MD — The Patterson Mill cheerleaders were ranked second in the state after their performance at the state championship.
The Huskies brought their A game during the Maryland Public Schools State Cheerleading Finals last Thursday at Harford Community College and placed second in the state in the 1A/2A division.
"This is the highest Patterson Mill has ever finished at states," Huskies cheer coach Robin Yates said.

There were 19 total teams competing in the Maryland Public Schools State Cheerleading Finals on Feb. 16.
The Huskies were one of two teams from Bel Air that delivered standout performances at the event — the Bel Air Bobcats placed second in the 3A/4A division.
