Box Truck Overturns On I-95 In Harford County
Interstate 95 was temporarily closed Tuesday near MD 543 due to a crash involving an overturned vehicle.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Interstate 95 was briefly closed to southbound traffic in Harford County Tuesday morning due to an overturned box truck.
The crash happened before 10:15 a.m. on I-95 south past the exit for MD 543.
By 10:30 a.m., lanes had reopened. The box truck remained entangled with a guard rail off the right shoulder.

Harford County is under a flash flood warning until 1 p.m. and is under a tropical storm warning as Tropical Storm Isaias drenches the region.
Tropical Storm Isaias was 45 miles south-southeast of Annapolis with maximum sustained winds of 70 mph as of 10 a.m., the National Weather Service advised. The storm was moving north-northeast at 35 mph.

"If you can delay your travel under later today, please do so," Maryland State Police said in a statement after 8 a.m. "Proceed with caution and stay safe."
