I-95 Crash Closed Lane Near MD 24 Ramp

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A crash closed the right lane on Interstate 95 north in Harford County near the MD 24 ramp. The crash occurred after 4 a.m. Friday, and the lane remained closed after 5 a.m.

The crash had cleared by 5:45 a.m.

Transportation officials advised essential workers to adjust their driving Friday morning due to the weather. Wet roads mean slower speeds, the Maryland Transportation Authority said, reminding motorists that if their wipers are on, their headlights should be too.
