I-95 Crash Slows Traffic Near MD 543

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 95 is slowing traffic Sunday afternoon near the exit for MD 543. The collision happened before 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 3.

The left lane and left shoulder were closed on I-95 south past the exit for MD 543, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).

After 3 p.m., officials said the lane closures were in effect.

Visibility was limited in the area, and the State Highway Administration has asked drivers to avoid unnecessary travel Sunday since the snow began falling Sunday afternoon.
