Traffic Briefly Stopped Before Tydings Bridge

For approximately 10 minutes Friday morning, traffic came to a halt north of Havre de Grace on Interstate 95.

Drivers headed north toward the Tydings Bridge were stopped at 8:41 a.m., when the highway was shut down.

All lanes of I-95 north were closed prior to mile post 91, according to state transportation officials, who said there was a traffic drag in the area.

Traffic cameras showed that the lanes were reopened at approximately 8:50 a.m.
