Leaking Tractor-Trailer Snarls I-95 Traffic In HarCo: Officials

There is a hazmat incident on Interstate 95 south Tuesday in the area of Mountain Road, according to authorities.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A disabled vehicle is snarling traffic on Interstate 95 south in Harford County Tuesday afternoon, according to authorities. Officials said the incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. on I-95 south past the exit for MD 152.

A tractor-trailer is leaking fuel, and Harford County hazmat personnel were called to help clean it up, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported.

As of 3:15 p.m., the two right lanes and right shoulder were closed in the area of mile marker 73.1.
