Icy Roads Closed For Safety Reasons Near Bel Air
Kalmia and White House roads are affected by "serious icing conditions," Harford County emergency officials say.
BEL AIR, MD — Two roads near Bel Air have been closed Wednesday night due to icy conditions, officials said. Officials had shut them down for safety reasons, according to Rich Gardiner of the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
At 9:15 p.m., Gardiner said that Kalmia Road was closed between Thomas Run Road and White House Road.
In addition, he said that White House Road was completely shut down because of what he called "serious icing conditions."
