Suddenly on Sept. 11, 2017, Jacki Blinn; loving daughter of Paul and Grace Blinn; dear sister of Riley and Sean Blinn; cherished niece of Edward and Ann Barrett, William and Becky Barrett, Joanne Barrett, Christopher Barrett, Patricia, Gerard, George, and Mary Blinn, and Joan Blinn and her husband Rick.

Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Thursday, Sept. 14, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Friday, Sept. 15, at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
