​Jacqueline Mae Hammacher, 54, Of Abingdon

Jacqueline Mae Hammacher, 54, of Abingdon, passed away on June 24, at her home. Born in Cumberland, she was the daughter of Catherine Mae Robertson of Cumberland and William Northedge, stepfather, and the late Edward M. Sirbaugh.

She worked for Harford County Public Schools and was a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Hammacher is survived by her husband, Albert L. Hammacher Sr.; daughter, Michelle A. Hammacher and her fiancé, Neal F. Bortmes; stepson, Albert L. Hammacher, Jr.; brother, Joseph E. Sirbaugh; sister, Jeanne R. Warble; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1–3 and 6–9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, at McComas Funeral Home, Abingdon, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon, MD 21009.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, at McComas Funeral Home in Abingdon.
